Discrimination?
So I come home from the Y, shower, and get a bowl
of blueberries from the fridge, and turn on the TV.
Fox News. Neil Cavuto. He's talking
to some attorney named Gary about a class action discrimination suit. Gary is
black. He's ranting that black and hispanic kids can't possibly score as high
on science and math tests when the test is culturally stacked against them.
Hello! What culture were these kids
raised in? This is America. The kids all live in America. What culture is
stacking anything against them? If their parents don't like the culture here,
they could always move, or stop immigrating illegally.
And, Mr. Gary, however did you manage
to get into law school having to take tests that were culturally
baised?
What am I missing
here?????
