Away Messages
I'm not sure what you call the little blurbs
people put beside their names on Yahoo, AIM, or whatever IM they use. They
amuse me, though. I started using them recently on Yahoo and am noticing more
and more of my friends are doing the same thing.
Best ones are from Kevin, though, on AIM. I should go copy his each day. They are sometimes a paragraph long, but always entertaining. Best are when he is whining about some difficult assignment in an engineering course while his freinds, apparently all geography or business majors, and out drinking. Kevin, its a good think you are studying instead of partying.
AIM lets you write very long messages while Yahoo limits the number of characters, I have noticed. All Kevin's says today is
"gonna go watch a mmmooovie."
boring. Oh, well.
