last day of freedom.....



and will be spent writing. Hopefully the draft is DONE today and sent off by Monday in the mail to at least Walter, who is gone for 2 weeks anyway. Tomorrow I have to clean and SUnday is diving (finally!) and i am NOT giving that up - besides, I have to teach.

Actually, we don't have kids til Thursday, but Monday is filled with bullshit, tuesday with registering kids, and gettting ready, and Wednesday is apparently ours.

Now I need to change Mom's dental appointment from Monday to any other time - ARGH - or I miss the gradebook training. She will not take kindly to that - whyEVER did they put it at 3:00 anyway? Probably so we can use stackable hours - a mistake. This training should be required.

I got the espresso machine out a few days ago and have had 2 mocha lattes already this morning -

boing.... boing... boing.......

UPDATE 1.5 hours later
- tried to change dental appointment for mom
- set up my old laptop with a few crossword websites and her email bookmarked on toolbar for her
- gave neighbor hiking book, binocs, and directions to go hike paradise
- picked up house a bit as its filthy and houseguests coming staurday night
